Delete account and data

You can request deletion of your BudsLog account and associated data.

If you can sign in to the app

The fastest option is MY → Delete account. After you enter the confirmation text and delete your account, your current session will also end.

If you cannot access the app

Submit a request below. We may ask for additional verification to prevent accidental or unauthorized deletion.

Only provide the minimum information needed to contact you and identify the account.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes or cleans up profile data, private saved data, private notes, collections, checklists, and other account-linked information according to the database deletion rules. Trips created by the user and related records may also be affected based on ownership, membership, and database deletion rules.

Important

Deletion cannot be undone. If information must be retained by law, it may be kept only for the required period and purpose.
